Sky Science
Sky Science is located at Casas De Los Pilos Aerodromo near Madrid in the
sunny climate of Spain, initially it started as a small parachute centre
specifically catering for students struggling to get the jumps, to qualify
in colder and windy places.
We
always put the Safety and Enjoyment of our students as priority, we
have been training students for many years and you can be rest assured,
we are committed to giving you the best service possible.
After
searching the web sites, it has become apparent that some companies
have been tempted to mislead potential customers with good sales and
marketing tricks instead of truthful facts.

Instructors
Are your instructors well qualified and experienced ?
The
only way to check whether instructors are as qualified and experienced
as they say, is to check the certificates issued by the British Parachute

Facilities
Will you have a large and safe landing area free from hazards ?
Today's skydiving student rarely gets injured, however when they do its always
when landing and making last minute decisions trying to avoid a tree,
fence or even buildings. The best way to prevent this is not to be put
in this situation in the first place, so a large safe landing area is
important.

Has the drop zone got a bar and restaurant ?
We have all the facilities you will require on a skydiving holiday, the
Restaurant and Bar will cater
for all your food and drinks without having to travel to the local town.
What are your opening times ?
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year so you can choose the dates
you prefer instead of having to plan a holiday around some one else.
Do you have a shaded packing area ?
This is especially important when packing or learning to pack in sunny climates,
we have provided a clean carpeted indoor packing
area.
Weather
Will you have good weather ?
Good weather is important to skydivers especially if your traveling any distance
and only have a set amount of time, At Sky Science we do have the best

We try to go beyond the call of duty with every aspect of your skydiving
holiday to make sure you have a hassle free and enjoyable time skydiving,

of the years of experience, we know how to keep your costs down while
making sure your training and safety still take priority.

have arranged skydiver discounts with all the Accommodation

Getting Cheap Flights to Madrid is

Getting Cheap Car Hire is also
possible with the list of firms we have provided from the airport you
prefer to arrive in, the best so far is €90 a week .(Approx £65)

After AFF
Will I get support and any assistance after completing my course ?
We don't just stop after you have completed your AFF, once you are one of our
students you will be well looked after both in Spain and in the UK.
We also offer continuation courses whether you want to progress into formation
skydiving, freefly or canopy formation and hope to see you return, on
a further progression course in the future.
As you progress though the sport you will want to buy your own parachute
equipment and accessories, as a Sky Science customer you have our years
of knowledge and experience behind you, we don't make profit selling
equipment so we can be 100% unbiased and help you get the best deal
possible from safe & trust worthy parachute equipment suppliers.

The BPA
Our Drop Zone is a British Parachute Association
member, this means we follow the very strict guide lines
provided by the association, & all Instructors at Sky Science are
BPA members. This means that your introduction into a UK drop zone will
be painless and hassle free.
We will give you all the advise you need to settle into a local Uk drop
zone close to where you live.
General
Do I have to join a group or can I choose my own dates ?
You Choose, If we only have one AFF student on the drop zone you will
still get to jump, even if you and your instructor are the only ones
on the Aircraft, not many drop zones can say that.
